Redstack Returns Policy

Redstack customers are protected by Australian Consumer Law when making purchases from are information in relation to the Consumer Guarantees may be found from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission website.

Should your purchase from Redstack not meet the Consumer Guarantees, contact us and we will comply with any obligations to provide a refund, repair or replace your product as required by the Australian Consumer Law.

You may also request a refund for any reason other than the breach of the Consumer Guarantees and Redstack may in its absolute discretion choose to refund, replace, credit or repair returned products, provided the purchase is in original condition. Some fees may apply for authorised returns.

Redstack Warranty Information

In addition to the Consumer Guarantees, all products sold by Redstack are covered by the manufacturers' warranty that accompanies the product. Redstack makes no additional or independent warranty in addition to the Consumer Guarantees or those offered by the manufacturer of a product.

Please note that except in the case where a Consumer Guarantee is breached, a range of other exceptions apply. For example, where the plastic seal or shrink wrap of a software package is broken, the return or exchange cannot be accepted due to copyright and licensing restrictions. Exchange of computer hardware and peripherals is sometimes not possible due to third party constraints. In such cases we will assist the customer in finding a solution where possible.

Any time there has been a breach of the Consumer Guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, Redstack will provide a refund or replacement.

Unless there is a breach of the Consumer Guarantees, the right to refuse the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Redstack and fees may apply to returns, repairs or replacements.
